Return

1- You must create a return request for the package you want to send for return or exchange, then you can hand it over to the DHL freight company with the return code we will give you and send it to us free of charge.

2- Once we receive your package, we will refund your money within 14 working days.

3- When your package arrives, you do not need to provide us with an IBAN number if you placed your order with your credit card, your refund will be made directly to the card you paid with.

The deadline is 14 working days after delivery of the order.

All shipping costs of the products you send to Modabout with a return request will be at our expense.

International shipments are not included in this fee, shipping costs do not go to Patirti.com.

Defective products that were damaged during shipping or at any time, products that were defective from the start, and products that did not come in the desired color and size fall within the scope of urgent returns. If the product is not liked or not used, it can be returned.

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return the goods. You can return your orders by clicking on the "Return" button.

With the exception of DHL, shipping costs for shipments with other freight companies are at the sender's expense. Products sent for payment by other freight companies will not be accepted by our company.

To initiate the return process, the products you sent must first reach us. You can track all these processes in the "My Return Requests" section. In addition, non-product-related amounts such as shipping costs are non-refundable.

After verifying that the product complies with the return conditions, MODABOUT will refund your credit card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card. This process depends entirely on your bank and MODABOUT has no right to intervene with your bank.
